Analyzing the products of some enzymes
The tangle model is a powerful tool in the "topological approach to enzymology". It has been helpful in determining the mechanism of some enzymes such as Tn3 and Gin. In this talk are shown the sets of products derived from several enzymes obtained by applying the tangle model. These sets are analized looking for intersections between them.
